- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- During high-demand periods, processing may take longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
2. SHIPPING TIME (UNITED STATES)
Orders are fulfilled through our trusted logistics and supplier network to ensure efficient delivery.

7–14 business days

- Some items may arrive in separate packages.
3. SHIPPING FEES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

4. TRACKING INFORMATION

5. SHIPPING DELAYS

Shipping delays alone may not qualify for refunds, but we review cases individually

7. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

8. UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED PACKAGES
If a package is:
- Refused
- Unclaimed
- Returned to sender
Customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
9. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
Since we work with multiple suppliers, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times.
