Thank you for shopping at Decorenmoreusa, operated by Decorenmore LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us").
Because we operate as a dropshipping business, certain conditions apply to returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Item must be in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items marked as non-returnable
- Used or damaged items (unless defective upon arrival)
3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email clear photos or videos of the damage.
After review, we may:
- Offer a replacement, or
- Issue a refund, at our discretion.
Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in denial of claim.

Do not send items back without approval. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
If approved:
- We will provide return instructions.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection.
- If approved, refund will be issued to original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on bank/payment provider).
We are not responsible for delays caused by payment providers.
6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible due to our dropshipping fulfillment system.
7. SHIPPING DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds.
8. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is:
- Refused by the customer
- Returned due to incorrect address
Customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
9. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution.
We encourage customers to contact us directly for faster assistance.
